Notice of Infringement
To notify InstaPro of an alleged infringement, please provide the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
- A description of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and its location on our platform.
- Your contact information, including your name, email address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that your material has been wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice should include:
- Your contact information.
- A description of the material that was removed and where it was located before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Removal of Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the content, who may file a counter-notice.
Repeat Infringement
InstaPro will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyright law.
